At the same time, we work systematically to minimize our negative environmental impact. That is why our largest factory has been ISO 14001 certified since 2011.

Ensuring a long product lifespan is also essential when we design new pieces. We therefore set very high standards for materials.

For this reason, we design most of our sofas with reversible cushions and seat pads, so that wear is distributed evenly and the furniture maintains its appearance for longer.

That is why we make every effort to create a workplace where well-being is a top priority—both at our factories in Poland and at our office in Denmark.

This includes continuously improving the ergonomic conditions for our employees. For example, our upholsterers have their own height-adjustable worktables, transport furniture using trolleys, and use cranes to handle fabric rolls.

It also means that we have air conditioning throughout the entire factory, use water-based adhesives so our employees are not exposed to harmful chemicals, and ensure that our factory workers are protected in case of illness.
